2019: Changes to Our Accessories Order Processing System

Dear Valued Distributors & Customers,

Thank you for your incredible support of our branch over the past 9 years.

Due to the steady increase in sales within our branch, from March 11, 2019 we will be putting in place some changes to how we process accessories orders to help with the expediting of shipments.

1. We have added a new, updated Accessories Order Form to our site. Here is the new Australian form and here is the new New Zealand form.

2. Instead of sending accessories order to our info@enagic-australia.com e-mail address, please send them directly to our shipping team warehouse@enagic-australia.com to help speed up processing and delivery times.

3. We will no longer combine accessories orders with machine orders, so as to expedite the delivery of the machine orders. Please send all accessories orders to warehouse@enagic-australia.com who will process the orders separately with additional shipping fees.
